  2. The high school dropout rate of Latinos is declining at the highest rate of any group and today it is less than half what it was in 2000 (15% vs 32%)
  3. The Latino college enrollment rate is less than the national average, 33% vs 42%

  4. Among four year colleges, just 56% of students graduate within six years. Among those who dropped out: 66% dropped out to support a family, 57% dropped out to work and earn money, 48% dropped out because they can’t afford college
